At open chat we encourage just that, Open Chat for people of all ages and thought process.
We have three rules
1. Do Not Use Threatening Language or personal attacks as you will be banned.
2. If is not your original thought you must cite the source. Either by a link if possible, or by a written reference citing the Author and the work you took it from.
3. No advertising, unless approved by the administrator.
